Every moment of New Day at The Park is intentionally designed to challenge, support, and elevate dedicated athletes—on and off the field. From training across multiple environments to guided mindset sessions and recovery-focused experiences, this is a schedule built for real growth. There’s nothing else like it.
MONDAY
Day 1: Foundation & Focus
We kick off Day 1 by setting the tone for an incredible 4-day experience — establishing player goals and laying the foundation for growth both on and off the field. This is more than just training — it’s the start of 4 days that are designed to be inspiring, challenging, and truly a one of a kind experience for each player.
- Grass training- Technical drills + small-sided games focused on ball control, passing, movement, and creativity
- Focused movement work emphasizing acceleration, directional change, and coordination to enhance on-field explosiveness
- Welcome overview, camp intentions, movement prep, and team connection
- Goal setting and Journaling- Players create personal goals and create a clear, actionable plan to stay accountable throughout camp and after
- Dynamic beach training to develop balance and adaptability in a fun and challenging setting
TUESDAY
Day 2: Mindset & Movement
On Day 2, we dive deep into the mental side of performance—giving players the tools to build resilience, stay composed under pressure, and lead with intention. This day is about more than physical ability; it’s about developing the inner game and understanding how mindset shapes performance. Players learn how a growth mindset works—and how to use it to elevate both their game and their confidence.
- Guided visualization & growth mindset workshop – Players explore mental strategies to boost focus, handle adversity, and reframe challenges as opportunities
- High-tempo futsal session – Fast play in tight spaces that sharpens awareness, quick thinking, and ball control
- Yoga & breathwork – Focused flexibility and recovery training that enhances mobility, prevents injury, and builds body awareness
- Tactical outdoor play – Grass-based decision-making drills that apply mental principles to real-game situations
WEDNESDAY
Day 3: Performance & Fuel
Day 3 is all about elevating performance—physically, mentally, and nutritionally. Players push their limits in high-energy sessions designed to simulate game-day intensity, while learning simple ways to fuel their bodies and recover like athletes. It’s a day that blends competition, creativity, and real-life tools for long-term growth.
- High-intensity futsal & beach sessions – Competitive environments that challenge creativity, composure, and quick decision-making under pressure
- Game scenario training on grass – Realistic drills that demand focus, communication, and execution in fluid game play
- Fun smoothie-making class with Hyatt staff – A hands-on break where players create their own smoothies and learn easy ways to fuel up with healthy ingredients
- Small-sided tournament play – Fast-paced matches that foster team chemistry, strategic thinking, and competitive spirit
THURSDAY
Day 4: Competition + Reset
The final day is designed to bring everything together—combining competition, reflection, and recovery. Athletes apply what they’ve built over the week, take time to look back on their progress, and leave feeling clear, capable, and recharged.
- Beach Soccer Tournament - A high-energy, fast-paced match where players put their skills and mindset into action in a team setting.
- Soccer & Golf Simulator Interactive experience
- Guided journaling & reflection session – Players look back on their goals, recognize progress, and identify takeaways they can carry into their next chapter
- Recovery Yoga + Game Room Reset
- Focused recovery and downtime to close out the week balanced, restored, and ready for what’s next.
